Q: I'm interested in a pool, now what do I
do?
A: Call us to set up an appointment to
meet with you at your site. On this first visit one of our design
specialists will discuss your needs and what design features you would
like. We will take the measurements of your backyard and design your pool
and the features you want to incorporate.
Q: I want the pool, but how do I pay for
it?
A: After you approve the design, a
contract will be signed. You may secure financing on your own or we work
with several mortgage companies. After approval, we have 4 scheduled
payments of various sizes.
Q: When will my pool be completed?
A: Construction of the average pool takes
roughly 18 days from start to finish .

Do we need a plan before we meet with you?
A:
No, our designers will custom design your pool with your input.

Who oversees the building of the pool?
A:
Bob Smith is the owner and General Manager of Next Generation Pools and
Spas. He personally supervises all phases of your pool construction from
design to the finished pool. Bob will work with you to ensure a pleasant
building experience.
Q:
When is the best time to build?
A:
We build all year long, but if you wait too long, you may be put on a
waiting list. So, the early bird gets the worm!
Q:
What kind of support do you have after the pool is finished?
A:
We will have pool school at your pool to show you how to operate it. In
addition, we welcome calls anytime if you have a problem or question.

Do we need to store chemicals?
A:
Next Generation Pools are environmentally friendly, with technology that
allows us to build a pool using 94% less chemicals than other pools.
Q:
Will we need to backwash our pool?
A:
With Next Generation Pool's technology, backwashing is no longer
necessary, reducing the need to waste water.
